We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team. Our Recruiter is responsible for representing AimLock effectively and accurately during the screening and interview process for multiple positions, simultaneously. Included in this role is the importance of, and ability to form, strategic partnerships and relationships with our applicants and third-party vendors. Our Recruiter is also well versed in searching local and national job boards, initiating communication with qualified individuals, and is able to properly evaluate the skills, abilities and experience of each candidate. Our Recruiter is energetic, lively and free flowing, while working collaboratively. Our Recruiter works closely with others through our Applicant Tracking System, while screening and interviewing, and coordinates a variety of details during the interview process. Responsibilities

  •  Leverage existing recruiting processes and resources, to build a continuous pipeline of top talent.
  • Conduct standard pre-screening interviews with candidates.
  • Access candidates based on AimLock’s Core Values, as well as the determination of skills, abilities, knowledge and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate the schedules of candidates and internal members of leadership for interviews.
  • Attend College Career Fairs and Networking events.
  • Assist with the facilitation of the offer letter and onboarding process for our new employees.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports.
  • Other responsibilities as directed and assigned.

Requirements

  • At least Five (5) to ten (10) of relevant recruiting experience.
  • At least five (5) years of both technical or engineering recruiting experience. Experience sourcing and securing passive candidates.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a variety of individuals and stakeholders, both internally and externally when sourcing for open positions.
  • Prior work experience and in-depth knowledge of recruiting standards and processes, including applicant tracking systems.
  • Prior recruiting experience and a proven track record in high volume and growth organizations. 
  • Able to exercise good judgement, and make timely and professionally appropriate decisions. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite – Including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
  • Exceptional teamwork, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High standards of, and ability to maintain, strict confidentiality as appropriate. Demonstrated professionalism and a high level of customer service.
  • Must show flexibility, adaptability, and positivity when responding to changes in work volume or priorities, including the ability to work with strict time constraints.
  • Expert level ability with Microsoft Office Suite – Including MS SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clear background check and drug screening. Must currently possess or be able to obtain US security clearance.

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for approximately 70% of the time.
  • Must be able to move about inside the office to access equipment and office machinery.
  • Must have the ability to move, transport, position and/or remove up 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to position oneself to move in a manner required to perform the daily work associated with this role.
  • Must be able to operate standard office productivity machinery and equipment on a daily basis including a phone, computer, monitor, mouse and keyboard, photocopy machine, scanner and e-fax.
  • Daily work environment and noise level is that of a standard office.
  • Occasionally you may experience, or be in the vicinity of, outdoor weather conditions at our Ranch location, although basic shelter from the elements is provided it is not constant, based on the scope of tasks being performed.
  • Occasionally you may experience, or be in the vicinity of, a noise level consistent with a warehouse work environment.
