Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will support the organization with the creation of comprehensive action plans concerning resources and timeframes for projects. Their main duties include participating in department meetings, documenting workflow, and organizing dashboards for all stakeholders. They will work closely with the leadership team, department heads, and project teams to ensure seamless communication cross-departmentally, as well as perform various coordinating duties such as scheduling and risk identification.

Salary Range: $45K/y to $70K/y 

Responsibilities

  • Collect, enter, and sort project information
  • Manage the display of project status to keep workflow on track
  • Manage project-related boards by ensuring all necessary materials are current
  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensure project deadlines are articulated
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Create a master enterprise calendar to synchronize company efforts

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in a related field
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Highly detail oriented with efficient time management and organizational skills
  • Experience using project management tools for a variety of tasks (Microsoft Teams, Atlassian, and/or Jira preferred
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines

Physical Demands

  • Requires approximately 90% local, 10% field-site work
  • Work is performed in a warehouse facility, office, laboratory, or machine shop environment
  • Travel and local commute between AimLock offices and remote test sites, and other non-AimLock locations may be required
  • Must be able to stand for 30 minutes at a time
  • Must be able to operate standard office productivity machinery and equipment including a phone, computer, mouse and keyboard, photocopy machine, scanner, and e-fax
  • Daily work environment and noise level is that of a standard office
